NOTICE OF MEETING

TAKE NOTICE that a General Meeting of the members of Past Brothers Leagues Club (Innisfail) Limited (ACN 010 440 098) (“the Company”) will be held at Brothers Leagues Club Innisfail Corner of Campbell & Ernest Streets Innisfail Qld on the 21st day of October 2024 at 5:30pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution as a special resolution:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION 

1. That the Company adopt as its Constitution in place of the current Memorandum and Articles of Association, the new Constitution which has been approved for adoption by the Board of Directors.

NOTE:

A copy of the new Constitution which is proposed to be adopted at the Meeting is available for review by any Member at the Reception Desk at Brothers Leagues Club Innisfail, or available to download here. 

PROXIES: 

• Members entitled to attend and vote at this meeting of the company are entitled to appoint an individual or a body corporate as their proxy to vote on their behalf. 

• A proxy need not be a member of the company.

• To be effective, proxy forms must reach the registered office of the company, the email address manager@brothersinnisfail.com.au of the company not later than 48 hours before the time appointed above for the meeting to commence.
